Romblon is an archipelagic province of the Philippines along the Verde Island Passage. Famous for its diverse marine life with vibrant reefs, it is home to over 500 species of nudibranchs, colorful pygmy seahorses, and other fascinating creatures, making it a haven for underwater photographers. Additionally, the province offers excellent diving conditions with warm, good visibility and calm waters.
Romblon is a largely untouched destination, featuring beautiful beaches and serene natural landscapes, including the Lagpanabat Scenic Point and the beautiful St. Joseph Church.

Known as the “White House” in Romblon, RBR (Romblon Beach Resort) is the haven for macro enthusiasts as it sits along the Verde Island Passage where the sea nutrients are abundant. Within a kilometre or two of the RBR house reef live a universe of different reef creatures not commonly found elsewhere. Anyone with a camera, and with some guidance from Jim and his wife who both avid photographers, could take impressive underwater pictures like a pro.
As the only resort in the island of Bon Bon, surrounded by undisturbed white sand, and no other commercial establishment, all meals are provided by RBR – from a menu boasting 200+ items. The only negative is the heart break when it is time to leave.
